During our stay at Cat Cat Hotel Sapa, we were pleased with the cozy rooms and the beautiful outdoor areas. The electric blankets provided in the rooms were a great touch, ensuring our warmth in the naturally colder rooms. We enjoyed the fireplace in our room, and the complimentary firewood for one fire was a nice bonus. Although there was a small fee for additional fires, it was reasonable. The location of the hotel on a quieter street, yet only a few minutes' walk to the center of town and the market area, was ideal. The value for money was excellent, making it a worthwhile choice.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was the nicest I've seen. The staff was friendly and helpful. Electric blankets were provided, a must for Sapa. Decent breakfast options. Allowed us to stay in the lobby after check-out. Provided alternative phone when ours didn't work.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
